Terms and conditions!

• Flight tickets once booked and then cancelled will bear a processing fee apart from the airline cancellation charges.
• Airline tickets which specify as non refundable at the time of booking and later if you cancel due to any circumstances then the whole fund will be forfeited. The same goes with hotel bookings as well.
• Credit card swiping while booking will carry extra charges other than the ticket or hotel booking costs.
• All bookings confirmed only on 50% advance payment
• Balance payment to be done before the cut off date given for each booking
• Retention will be charged if cancelled as per the period of bookings
• If we are holding your confirmed booking in any hotels and by some unexpected circumstances we had to change due to the inconvenience of the hotel, then we will be providing similar accommodation at a different hotel of the same class or category
• Check in time and check out time of  hotels vary, if your arrival and departure is earlier or late respectively, you will be charged extra, for any changes prior information to be provided while booking
• Kids age to be given correctly at the time of booking. Infants age are upto 02 years and child age are between 02 and 12 years.
• Always carry relevant idendity proof which was provided at the time of booking and the same needs to be presented if requested while traveling at the hotels, resorts or at the airports.
